I had the idea of connecting tutors and students through a platform when I used to tutor students during my college days. I had originally envisioned the platform to be for in-person tutoring, an Uber for tutors model. However, then the pandemic hit and I knew this was not a viable option for the time being. The DeployMe team was super supportive and we came up with allowing for tutors to teach students online in the platform itself rather than using skype, zoom, etc. The end results was superb as the platform has its own video calling session with multiple features such as a whiteboard that tutors can use to upload files, students can interact and show the tutor exactly where they have questions and be able to record and save the session within the platform and view it anytime. I am thrilled that in this short amount of time I have been able to scale my business and highly recommend anyone who is looking to launch a startup to reach out to DeployMe.
